CMA provided complete programming, design, and construction management services for this project, which required comprehensive site analysis and planning. The clinic's administration area has practitioner and business manager offices, conference and data processing rooms, and an employee lounge. The reception/waiting areas, and the hygienist/X–ray rooms are each in a single suite. A second cluster houses five operatories, a laboratory, and a sterilization room. There are leased spaces with separate entrances adjacent to the administration area.
