A craftsman style 'treehouse' that meanders between the trees, picking up multiple views of the Wilmington & Skidaway Rivers as it moves about the lot. The house is sometimes anchored to the ground, and sometimes floats above it, allowing the natural river breezes to relieve the southern summer heat. This solution accomplishes two objectives: kept the relatively small site as natural as possible and maximized the views of the Wilmington River in the backyard and the Skidaway River in the front yard.
